Haoren & The Mustang Crew

Haoren and his secondary school friends initially formed a dance group few years back and name it Mustang Crew. They started performing in their own school, SM Sri Sentosa and later was invited to perform in various schools, colleges and local universities. Mustang Crew had won several dancing competitions along the years performing break dance, street dance, popping, locking and hip hop.

Mustang Crew members

Mustang Crew started off with 6 members in the group and was made famous in 2007 when Haoren and his partner, Michael participate in Astro Battleground Street Dance competition and was voted for their dancing skills as well as their hilarious sense of humor. They were ranked 5th place at the end of the competition.

Haoren proceeded with his next interest in singing by participating in Astro Talent Quest in 2007 and made it to the top 20 but didn't make it to the top 10. He enrolled himself again in Astro Star Quest 2008 and won the title for 2nd runner up. He is now a new artist for Sony BMG and the brand ambassador for Brands Chicken Essence.

Mustang Crew members are still supporting Haoren all these while. They have been performing and participating in Haoren's new MV as well as live performance as Haoren's dancers.

Introducing Lock Lock - New Shih Tzu

Haoren brought Lock Lock home last Sunday. She was adopted by Haoren from her ex-owner due to many reasons I guess as she wasn't in her best condition when she arrives. We wanted to name her 'Happy' initially but Haoren suggested that we continue with her actual name 'Lock Lock'. She is a 8 months old pure Shih Tzu with tricolor in black, white and dark brown combination. Her skin condition is critical with a lot of rashes and white flakes all over her body and some part of her body are almost bald as she is losing her hair.

She feels naked now

Getting used to her new home

We had no choice but to send her to the pet shop immediately to shave her hair off the entire body. Bought sulphur shampoo and some medication to treat her skin condition. Her skin is still reddish but she is recovering well. Now she has some attitude and behavior problem which needs constant training to tame her down. No doubt she is a very smart dog. It will be a couple of months before her hair grows back to a cute fluffy little dog.

She like to pose for camera

A lap dog indeed

Mama's Birthday

So busy lately welcoming a new Shih Tzu into Choo's family hence the delay in updating this blog. Will blog about new furry friend later. Say 'Hi' to Miss Lock Lock.

Our new Xiao Peng You (small little friend)

Mama celebrates her birthday on the 8th day of Chinese New Year every year. This year is the first year we have decided to celebrate at home together with 'Bai Ti Gong' so we bought mama a cake, a black pump and a gorgeous tote bag.

Happy 54th Birthday Mama!

And there's a video that Haoren edited and post in his Facebook profile for his fans. We didn't expect him to post this video online but hey, it's Mama's birthday. Let's celebrate together! The video can be viewed HERE
